2. Educational Products

2.1 Digital Downloads
If you purchase a digital educational product and have not downloaded or accessed the files, you may request a full refund within fourteen days of purchase. Once you have downloaded or accessed the digital content, refunds are generally not available because the product has been delivered in full.
2.2 Defective or Incomplete Products
If you receive a digital product that is corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from its description on our Website, contact us within thirty days of purchase. We will either provide a corrected version or issue a full refund at your preference.

If you cancel a scheduled consulting session at least twenty-four hours before the appointment time, you are entitled to a full refund or free rescheduling, at your choice. Cancellations made less than twenty-four hours before the session may receive a fifty percent refund or one complimentary rescheduling opportunity.
3.2 No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation notice, the session fee is non-refundable. We will attempt to contact you at the scheduled time via the contact information provided during booking. If technical difficulties on our end prevent the session from occurring, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
3.3 Completed Sessions
Once a consulting session has been conducted and follow-up materials have been delivered, the session fee is non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of a completed session, contact us within seven days with specific details. We will review your concern and may offer a complimentary follow-up session or partial credit toward future services at our discretion.
3.4 Package Sessions
Multi-session consulting packages are refundable on a pro-rata basis for unused sessions, provided cancellation is requested before the next scheduled session and at least one session remains unused. A ten percent administrative fee may apply to package refunds.
4. Programs and Challenges
Structured programs and challenges are time-bound educational experiences that may include weekly content releases, group discussions, and milestone check-ins. Refund terms for programs are as follows:
- Before program start: Full refund available if requested at least seven days before the program start date.
- Within first week: If you participate for fewer than seven days and find the program unsuitable, you may request a partial refund of up to seventy-five percent of the program fee.
- After first week: No refunds are available after the first seven days of an active program, as substantial content and community access have been provided.
- Program cancellation by us: If we cancel a program before it begins, you receive a full refund. If we cancel mid-program, you receive a pro-rata refund for remaining unreleased content.
5. Non-Refundable Items and Situations
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Free content, resources, or trial materials provided at no charge
- Products or sessions purchased during promotional periods where the promotion terms explicitly state "final sale" or "no refunds"
- Consulting sessions that have been fully completed and for which follow-up materials have been delivered

6. How to Request a Refund

7. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed as follows:

- Debit card payments: Refunds may take seven to fourteen business days to reflect in your account.
